We have set aside a special room block for our guests. But in order to ensure that you can be a part of our group vacation, there are a few important deadline dates that we ask you take note of:




















If you are planning to join the group, we kindly urge you to not wait until the last minute and make your reservations as soon as possible. While we have set aside a select number of rooms for our group block, there are only a few rooms in each category available. So to book the room category that you want, it's best to submit your reservation request and make your reservations as early as possible.
 

THERE ARE 3 IMPORTANT PAYMENT DEADLINE DATES
(JULY 10, NOVEMBER 13 AND JANUARY 10)

- THE DEADLINE TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATION IS JULY 10, 2026. PLEASE NOTE A DEPOSIT OF $300 ON YOUR ROOM RESERVATION IS DUE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR RESERVATION BEING MADE, OTHERWISE THE BOOKING WILL AUTO-CANCEL.

- A SECOND DEPOSIT OF $300 ON YOUR ROOM RESERVATION BALANCE IS DUE ON NOVEMBER 13, 2026. 

- THE FINAL PAYMENT ON THE REMAINING BALANCE ON YOUR ROOM RESERVATION IS DUE ON JANUARY 10, 2027.

IMPORTANT: YOUR DEPOSIT COUNTS AS YOUR RSVP.
YOU MAY ESCALATE PAYMENTS OR MAKE PAYMENTS
MORE FREQUENTLY IF YOU DESIRE.

A PENALTY OF $50 PER PERSON IS ENFORCED ON LATE PAYMENTS MADE TOWARD THE 2ND DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT.
